Meet Matt and Ben, your EX team
Matt and Ben have a shed load of experience of working in the people space and, if we’re honest, they’re a little bit obsessed with linking people and EX to core business performance.
They’ve worked in global roles in some of the greatest cities in the world but Oxford, where they both live with their young families, keeps calling them back. Why should Oxford, the greatest city in the world, lag behind in terms of EX? Project OxEx sees them bring their many decades experience to bear in Oxford’s (and surrounds!) finest businesses.
They’re intensely practical because they’ve both worked in house in organisations from start-ups with 25 people to 100 year old blue chips with 100,000 people. They speak your language because they've worked across industries including biotech, tech, design, telecoms, and fintech. They only ever provide advice and solutions that actually work - because they base all their analysis and design on research, behavioural science, evidence and reality.
